This policy describes how Lomcierge (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our services, including the Lomcierge mobile application and related websites at our official domain.
Information we process
We process information you provide or generate when using the product, such as:
- Account details, including the email address you use for magic-link sign-in
- Trip and packing-list content you create in the app
- Device registration data needed to deliver notifications and keep your session secure
How we use information
We use this information to operate the service: authenticate you, sync your data across devices, send transactional email (such as sign-in links), support collaboration features you enable, and improve reliability and security.
Service providers & APIs
We use infrastructure providers to host our systems. Weather forecasts may be obtained from third-party weather APIs (for example Open-Meteo) using location or destination information you choose to provide in the app. Those providers receive only what is necessary to return a forecast.
Retention & deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from in-app settings where that option is available; we will delete or anonymize associated personal data as described in the product at that time, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
Children
Lomcierge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page when we do.
